Sustainability Statement

At Sestre we are committed to contributing to the ethical fashion movement. As firm believers in re-shoring we source fabrics locally and manufacture in Sydney. Where possible we use organic materials, we take time to deliver quality pieces and we design clothing that goes beyond fashion, ensuring that it retains its relevance longer. Our dream is to bring you a fully eco-ethical label that delivers unique garments without guilt and our hope that this goal is not too far away.

Delivery Policy

Sestre offers free standard delivery on all orders over $200 within Australia. Any order below this amount will incur a flat $10 delivery fee.

For all international orders, please email us at info@sestrethelabel.com.

Shipping methods offered during checkout may vary based on the delivery address.

Please allow up to 21 business days for your orders to be delivered.

Refund Policy

We accept returns for 14 days from the date of purchase. Email info@sestrethelabel.com to manage returns via registered post. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on bespoke orders.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging and with tags still attached.

We process refunds back to the card or account used for purchase. You will be refunded the final sale amount minus any shipping costs. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 7 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Sestre.

All purchases on sale items are final.
